It’s peaceful, breezy, and perfect for slow walks or sitting by the shore while watching the waves. Come during sunset for golden skies and a calming end to the day. For a cozy break, head to Moon Cafe, Anoi Hitam. The vibe is relaxed, aesthetic, and perfect for chilling after a long day of exploring. #culinaryfootprint There's one place in Banda Aceh that I consider more than just a food stall, but a truly memorable experience: Warung Sate Matang Yakin Rasa. The first time I visited, I immediately understood why this place is always busy. The aroma of satay grilled over charcoal greeted me from afar, the aroma of meat mixed with Acehnese spices seemingly "beckoning" everyone to sit down and order. When the cooked satay arrived, it looked simple yet convincing. The pieces of meat were large and firm. When I bit into them, they were tender, juicy, and completely odorless. The peanut sauce was thick, savory, with a deep spice flavor—not just sweet, but rich in character. What impressed me was that the satay's flavor was strong yet balanced, not making me feel nauseous even after eating a lot.
