Batemans Bay, a beautiful bay on the southeast coast of Australia
If you are afraid of too many people at Bondi Beach and want a quiet vacation, Batemans is a good choice.
This place is more than two hours drive from Sydney and Canberra. There is a large supermarket here, which can provide you with affordable food and fodder for your journey.
If you want to water ski or learn water skiing, there are several surf schools here, with fees starting from AUD50.
Besides Batemans Bay, there are many resorts and beaches to choose from along the coast.
