We stayed at I Hotel Batam, a modern hotel conveniently located near Nagoya Hill Mall and various shops, about 6 km from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 17 km from Hang Nadim International Airport. Our spacious and warmly furnished suite was clean and comfortable, featuring a cozy living area. It came with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, tea & coffee-making facilities, a minibar, and a safe. Room service was available 24/7, which made our stay even more pleasant. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety. The hotel also has two restaurants, a coffee shop, and a bar, as well as excellent amenities including a gym, an outdoor pool, and free parking. In the evening, within a short walk we went shopping and had dinner at Nagoya Hill Mall, followed by a visit to The Spa Secret nearby (just 600 meters away from hotel) for foot and body therapy. The environment was aesthetic, cozy, and relaxing. The masseuse was friendly and very skillful — the massage was so soothing that I fell asleep halfway through! Overall, it was a truly relaxing and memorable family weekend getaway in Batam, and I would definitely love to come back again!

#batamtrip Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay is my favorite hotel whenever I visit the island. The location is perfect - conveniently close to shopping centres and restaurants, and just 15 minutes drive to Grand Mall. What makes it even better is that the hotel is directly connected to the ferry terminal and a shopping centre, making travel and leisure incredibly convenient. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. A special shout out Ms Indri at the front desk for being so cheerful, friendly, and helpful -she really made check-in a breeze. I also want to commend the housekeeping team especially Sihol and Tautik,for their passion and dedication. Breakfast at Goji kitchen & Bar is another highlight. The layout and variety are excellent, and it's a great way to start the day.The new service staff Ms July at Goji Kitchen also deserve praise for her excellent service attitude- friendly, attentive, and professional.The Goji kitchen & Bar Team and throughout the hotel all staff are friendly, cheerful, and genuinely welcoming - they are the true jewels of the Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay. Four Points hotel is a decently priced hotel so you can definitely treat yourself with a suite experience here! It is located quite close to the central town area, with easy access to Grand Batam shopping mall and the smaller surrounding cafes. The room was spacious and furnished with a modern aesthetic, although it could definitely use more room decor as it can feel a bit bland. KFC, indomart, all the restaurants and minimarts also Eska spa just downstairs. Nagoya mall is 5 mins via grab which cost only $1.90 😍 Our favourite hotel to come for short getaway with our toddler, the hotel staffs recognised us whenever we come to stay as we are regulars 😁 Room is perfect and clean, we always book the one with balcony facing the pool as we have a toddler so she can go in and out to the balcony to maximise her energy and curiosity! Room service is great but singapore price! Shower is amazing as they have rain shower and strong water pressure. Spa is amazing and good pricing similar to Eska downstairs. Breakfast is always amazing with lots of varieties from local cuisine to western to japanese. Downside - hotel is near mosque so you can hear the call to prayer and quran recital in the morning and evening. Also if you stay on weekends there will be a weekend market next to the hotel in an open space parking lot. It can be quite noisy especially if your room is facing the city view which is the parking space view. Otherwise all is great!#2024

I am very satisfied for this trip to Batam and stayed in the Pacific Palace Hotel in Harbor Bay Batam, the service and the facility of the hotel is good and awesome. My wife and myself also feel lucky that we have select to add the breakfast and really encourage to add in breakfast just with a bit additional payment, the buffet breakfast is value for money and a lot of choice.

Altitude restaurant is situated on the 11th floor of Marriott Batam, conveniently located next to Harbour Bay Ferry terminal. We chose the Altitude Platter, Chicken & Lamb Kofta, and indulged in a promotional Gin & Tonic. The ambiance was romantic and peaceful, enhanced by a live band performing. The service stood out, particularly Danu, our server, who was polite, attentive, and proactive. He notified us when our food was served and even helped take photos. During our birthday celebration, the restaurant thoughtfully played a birthday song and presented a slice of cake. It was a wonderful celebration with my husband 😍.

It was a wonderful stay, with comfortable rooms and comprehensive sports facilities. The swimming pool is equipped with a sauna. Every corner is immaculately clean. Breakfast was quite satisfying. The staff was very friendly and professional. However, the water was cloudy. When I filled the bathtub in the bathroom, it looked brownish.

A special shoutout to the Concierge team (Faridz, Metz, Maliki), Shely and Goji Kitchen team, as well as the FO team (Saddam), all of whom consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our room was spacious and spotless. Every morning, we enjoyed the satisfying breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel’s thoughtful touches amazed us—they crafted a lovely welcome-back and congratulations decoration for our daughter on the bed and even delivered Christmas cupcakes to our room on Christmas Day!
