The coffee is very good and the manager is excellent! Professional, attentive yet warm. Some of the staff are a little cold but it gets busy! I had the $13 fried eggs on sourdough with duqqa, chilli flakes and fresh basil - I’m not a big fan of duqqa on fried eggs as it turns out but it wasn’t too overpowering. The eggs were cooked sunny side up - which ensures a good portion of the yolk is runny but also means you have a thick film of uncooked slimy white surrounding the yolk. I tend to scrape this off before serving (if you are gentle it can be easily removed with a swipe) or go with sunny side over or poached to avoid the slime. #australiatrip #familytravel #afternoonteatime

Their breakfast menu is all you wished for. Coffee is excellent and the place as well is inviting, comfortable and with friendly staff. The açaí was blasting and so was their coffee. I like that they do take out orders from a window on the street - making it easy for customers to get items to take away, while leaving those inside enjoying their food without as much disruption around them. Such a cozy café with delicious food, coffee, and hot chocolate. It was so amazing, it was a cute little Cafe and I really really loved the Chia pudding that was so so amazing. I hardly couldn't get enough of it. I wish it was a bigger cup. The coffee was also delicious. This is one of the coffee shops. The service was phenomenal, really great staff. A lovely place to be. The prices are pretty decent too. If not less, atleast at par with other eateries. #australiatrip

#wheretogo #greatalpineroad Beechworth is one of the pitstops for the great alpine road drive for road trips. There is a Spring Creek walking track just north of beechworth town. It’s a very easy walking track suitable for all ages. Just be a little careful if stepping on the rocks, as it may be slippery. After completing the track, do head over to town early for dinner as it closes early. I learnt it the hard way and had bread for dinner. However the night view of the town is beautiful too. It’s a very peaceful and quiet town. Great place to stay over for the night to continue your journey to the great alpines.
