Guangzhou's Beijing Road Pedestrian Street: Full of life with a bit of the past tucked in.
Wandering Guangzhouâs Beijing Road Pedestrian Street was an experience I wonât soon forget. The street is a lively mix of modern shops, bustling food stalls, and vibrant energy that makes it feel alive at every turn. What makes it truly unique, though, is the hidden history beneath my feet. Glass panels in the street reveal ancient road sections from the Tang and Song dynasties, showing just how long this spot has been a hub of activity. Itâs incredible to walk through centuries of history while enjoying the present-day hustle. The perfect blend of old and new! #guangzhou #pedestrianstreet #beijingroad

Beijing Road Market in Guangzhou is a great place to find delicious street food. If you're visiting, there are a few special foods that you must try.
One of the most famous street foods in China is stinky tofu. Even though it has a strong smell, many people love its unique taste. The tofu is usually deep-fried, making it crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Itâs often served with chili sauce or soy sauce.

This Beijing Road Pedestrian Road is one of the streets in China that I noticed there is old road that lies beneath the newly constructed road.
Read the signboard written that the old road was discovered during the construction of the new road. In order to preserve the history, the government decided to leave it as it is and cover in acrylic, and putting up model that shows how the existence of it.

Take a walk at noonâď¸at beijing lu.âŁď¸
Beijing Road (ĺ亏衯) or Beijing Road is a street famous for its variety of food, shops, and clothing in Guangzhou. Anyone who comes to Guangzhou must not miss coming here. However, we came at noon, and the sun was very strong. The shops were starting to open. However, we think that coming in the evening would be more suitable for shopping and enjoying delicious food. If anyone comes to Beijing Road, they must go to the Dafu Temple, which is very grand and beautiful. They must stop by to pray for blessings from the sacred objects for good luck in life. If they have the chance, they must go for a walk at night.

Beautiful building in a busy street
This is the Dafo temple, located in the middle of a pedestrian street in Guang Zhou! It is not to be missed at all! Very grand vibes all around, with intricate designs and adorned with gold Buddhas. At night, it is even more beautiful when lit up. It looks like a scene from Spirited Away! Come here to soak up the religious atmosphere and come wish for some good luck!

Best and Bustling Beijing Road
As the title suggests, Beijing road in Guang Zhou offers a fun experience. Photogenic buildings with lots to do and eat, offering a wholly different vibe. It is a must-visit! The street itself is very long, possibly a 15 minute walk from top to bottom, featuring different malls. There is also a Bhuddisf temple and some old relics of the original Beijing street. Very international foreigners spotted around mingling with locals.

Just left Beijing road to find a marvelous Buddhist temple in the middle of the city. Such an amazing place, Dafo Temple is an oasis of calm in the middle of the bustling Guangzhou. I was lucky enough to hear the chants, feel the faith of the people and watch them get emotional in the different buildings. After leaving, back to the city pedestrian streets where restaurants mix with souvenir shops.

Nice place
Nice place to come for a night walk, cheap street food, specially bbq oysters are delicious and amazingly cheap, there are also some temples hidden in the side streets and monument related to ancient Guangzhou city, not as crowded as some people say, lots of places to buy souvenirs, every shop is trying to be unique so the entrances are quite fun to explore (e.g.misty cave) they donât try to sell things in an aggressive way so donât worry to just enter and have a look
