🌊 A day in Bejaia, the city where the sea and sunset meet 🇩🇿
#OverseasTravel
📍 Bejaia
Bejaia, a city where the azure sea meets the mountains, is considered one of the most beautiful spots on the Algerian coast. The gentle sound of waves and the chirping of mountain birds create a natural melody all day long. The endless sea, seen from the coastal cliffs, stretches on, and as the sunset sets in, the entire city glows with golden light.
🌅 Travel Highlights
· Admire the clear waters of Yamara Beach
· Take a cable car ride to the top of the mountain for panoramic views
· Savor fresh fish at a beachside restaurant
🍃 Travel Tips
The sea, shrouded in early morning fog, resembles a sumi-e painting. For a tranquil moment, a dawn walk is recommended.

My trip to Béjaïa and my stay at Villa Tazeboujt felt like stepping into a hidden corner of paradise 🏝️. Nestled between the emerald hills and the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea 🌊, the villa stood proudly on its perch, overlooking a breathtaking panorama that seemed painted by nature itself 🎨. Each morning, the sun rose gently behind the mountains ⛰️, casting a golden glow across the balcony, while the distant sound of waves blended with the chirping of birds 🌅🐦. The air was pure, scented with pine and sea salt — a refreshing reminder of how simple and beautiful life can be 🌿💙.
Villa Tazeboujt was more than a place to stay; it was a feeling — calm, cozy, and full of soul 🏡💫. The whitewashed walls, wooden balconies, and touches of Kabyle craftsmanship gave it a charm that perfectly matched the spirit of Béjaïa. From the terrace, I could see tiny fishing boats floating lazily on the turquoise water 🚤, and in the distance, Cape Carbon stood tall like a guardian of the bay ⛵️. Afternoons were for wandering through lush olive groves 🌳, enjoying mint tea under the shade ☕️, and watching the sky change colours as the day faded away 🌇.
What made the trip unforgettable wasn’t just the scenery but the peace that wrapped around everything 🌈. Evenings at Villa Tazeboujt had their own magic — soft music playing in the background, the breeze carrying the scent of jasmine 🌺, and laughter echoing as stars began to appear one by one ✨🌌. I found myself feeling both grounded and free, grateful for the quiet beauty of Béjaïa — a city where the mountains kiss the sea and time slows down just enough for your heart to catch up 💞.
