Getting There - Take a flight to Manila (Ninoy Aquino International Airport). Then book a taxi/van or other public transport to Calatagan about 3-4 hours drive. Attractions - It is a very calm and relaxing beach far away from city. Hotels - 8/10. The rest was good except the hotel’s a lil bit old. The service and facilities 10/10. Food & Restaurants - We ate butter prawn and rice at the restaurant. You may book the cabanas without staying at the hotel. There’s a charge for per pax for entry. They provide changing room for the visitors to shower (super clean). The beach was 10/10. Super beautiful and amazing. #awesomepic #worktrip

Casso Bekrusso Cottage Beach The water on the super-wide white sand coast has been very clear, especially in the morning under the sun, the blue is exaggerated! The most special thing is that this sea is super safe, the water is shallow and the sand is soft, children are not afraid of slipping with bare feet, and no gravel / sea snail disturbance. Parents sit under the camping chairs/tents on the shore to take pictures, and the children can't help but laugh as soon as they get into the water. 2. Pool & Aquarium Slide The hotel's own swimming pool is clean and large, and the aquarium slide is a survival paradise for BBs. Every time the slide pulled my mother and father into the water together, the whole family played until they were wet and laughing. I cannot say this is a beach even though it is on the seashore, because the water is gone for half of the day! Hahaha! First off, the place is too far from the main road. I tried to ask and inform them that we are coming and asked if they are fully booked for the day, but there was no response. When we arrived, there were no cottages (since there are only 3 or 4), and we only had two outdoor tables and one cabana we could rent. We have 3 kids, 2 seniors, and a dog; plus 10 adults. Since we scouted the area and there were no other resorts/hotels nearby (except for MAMASAPANO RESORT, which is also fully booked; and it was Sunday night), we decided to just take the cabana. The videoke is nice, but we cannot play beach volleyball since half of the place is rented by a company, and they have their mini stage for their program on the sand. Overall, we spent time bonding and chatting, and catching up with each other. We just made the most out of our time. Rate: Php 25 during the day Php 50 overnight (driver is free) (no discount for seniors) Php.. 500 for the cabana Php.. 1500 for the cottage Facility: Designated cooking area for coal/wood common bath and toilet with "poso" spacious parking area (much wider than the beach itself) with store/s for immediate needs (like purified water) ***FOR CHEAP OUTING; THIS IS IT. The pool got only 1 slide, with a height requirement of a 7 yo, but the slide itself is not that steep for a 7-year-old to actually enjoy. When we went there, not many adults actually went for another round. Even the kids didn't find it exciting. you cant bring food, and food is quite on the expensive end. by the beach, you can eat on the bench and tables. probably not the first place you would think you'd want to visit multiple times. but since its not really that nice,it means not a lot of people go there for the 2nd time, hence not very crowded. you can have a peaceful day. Service is good by the way. Family time made it extra special in CaSoBe. Visited in September- not too busy a weekend for us. The facilities are really good and staff are exceptional, especially Marcus. We do not have to ask; there is always someone going around asking if we need anything.
