📋 Visa application core documents (original + proof of information can be copied at home first, it is best to prepare two more! 🫠)
1️⃣ Valid passport: The remaining validity period is at least 6 months, remember to bring the original old passport🇭🇰 (print copy x2)
2️⃣ ID photo: 4x4cm recent color photo📸 (used when filling out the form online)
3️⃣ Economic proof: bank deposit certificate or credit card copy to prove sufficient funds for travel (print copy x2)
4️⃣ Itinerary documents: round trip ticket booking + hotel booking confirmation, trip plan recommendation list (print copy x2)
5️⃣ Yellow fever vaccine certificate: essential for traveling to high-risk areas, remember to get vaccinated in advance and keep the certificate 💉
6️⃣ Submit the fee for applying for a visa at the designated bank of the embassy, remember to keep the receipt after submission, and mark the receipt number to fill out the online form useful
7️⃣ Oath application form: Download and complete from the official website, sign and hand it to the staff along with copies of all documents, original passport and payment receipt
