Naples, is definately a must see destination when in Italy! this mediterranean city is a perfect mixture between art, history and chaos. Even when the city has a life on its own 24/7, locals are very chill, you will find tons of people having a coffee and cake at 2am. Fall inlove with the “Pizza Napolitana”, fried pizza, and a huge diversity of desserts and sweets... I particualry recommend “Babá” you are welcome :D

#holidayitinerary The Island of Capri was such a dreamy little escape. We took the ferry over and right from the start, the views were unreal. The cliffs and turquoise water really live up to the hype. We didn’t rush anything, just strolled around, checked out the shops, grabbed a lemon granita, and soaked in the sunshine. The town of Capri felt a bit fancy but still chill enough to wander through without any plan. We made our way up to Anacapri, which had more relaxed vibes and awesome panoramic spots. Even the simple walks were beautiful, with flowers everywhere and views at every corner. We didn’t get into the Blue Grotto because the line was long, but just cruising along the coastline was enough for us. Capri isn’t huge, so a slow wander and a few café stops pretty much make the perfect day. If you're into sea breezes and scenic corners, it’s an easy place to fall in love with.

#holidayitinerary Visiting the ruins at Scavi archeologici di Pompei was like stepping straight into history. The place is massive and super easy to get lost in, but that’s part of the fun. We just wandered through the old streets, trying to imagine what life used to be like before the eruption. Some of the houses still have original frescoes and mosaics, which was pretty wild to see up close. It’s not one of those sites where everything is behind ropes, you can actually walk through doorways and into open courtyards. The vibe is peaceful in some spots, almost eerie in others, especially around the plaster casts. We didn’t join a tour or anything, just followed the map and took our time. Bring water and comfy shoes though, it’s a lot of walking. Honestly, Pompei surprised me with how well preserved and huge it is. It’s definitely worth a few hours of casual wandering if you’re anywhere nearby.

#wheretogo When in Italy, highly recommend for everyone to visit or see Pompeii at some point because of its unbelievable architecture and history. The buildings, details and art remains etc were all mind-blowing. Do wear comfortable walking shoes / trainers as there is a lot of walking and stairs. Also do bring a cap and apply more sunscreen as it can get rather hot. I visited Pompeii early in the morning at around 9am and it was perfect. By the time I was done around lunchtime, the crowds were all streaming in and I wouldn’t have been able to take my time or enjoy the experience as much. Well worth a visit as I was in awe the whole time! Am not able to tag Pompeii as I couldn’t find it, but I tagged Campania as Pompeii is located in Italy’s Campania region. My rating of this attraction: 5 ⭐️ out of 5!
