The plateau is incredibly vast, so I highly recommend taking your time when you visit! ❸ St. Magdalena A quintessential fairy-tale village of the Dolomites, where a tiny church in a meadow beautifully contrasts with the towering rocky cliffs. If you visit right around sunset, you can witness the breathtaking, magical sight of the mountain range glowing in gold. ❹ Lake Misurina (Lago di Misurina) A spot that looks straight out of a watercolor painting, featuring a historic yellow building across the lake backed by majestic snow-capped mountains. On a windless day, the reflection on the lake is said to be absolutely stunning. ❺ Lake Braies (Lago di Braies) The perfect spot to capture the photo of a lifetime while rowing a wooden boat on the emerald lake. You can rent a private boat for €55 for 45 minutes. It’s a truly unforgettable experience, so I highly recommend you try it! ❻ Cinque Torri Meaning ‘Five Towers,’ this is an area where you can trek around five massive rock peaks.
