I didn't realise that Manila is very cosmopolitan 🇵🇭 Previously, I only changed planes in Manila, did not go out of the airport, went straight to the island, thought Manila is a place where there is nothing to visit, this time I had time to take a good look at the city, completely broke my prejudice against it, City centre is really very foreign ‼️ BGC--Bonifacio High Street is full of high-rise buildings, even the naming of the street is the same as that of New York, such as Fifth Avenue and so on, all the high-end office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants with good environment, net red coffee shops and so on. Makati - Makati shopping district, there are the highest level of shopping malls in Manila, just GreenBelt has 5 buildings, luxury goods are all in this side, the environment and the name of the mall, greenery is very good, everywhere is a tall green plants, the ground floor of the restaurant looks good. Manila Bay - Manila Bay, with one of the top ten most beautiful sunsets in the world, the sunset is really beautiful, there is also a huge mall next to the SM Mall of Aisa. Directly opposite the Ferris wheel Conrad Hotel restaurant on the third floor can be afternoon tea, stunning sunset view, very recommended. The old town citywalk, you can take a taxi directly to Intramuros Spanish King City, attractions and buildings are more concentrated, Fort Santigo is not open every day, you can check the opening date before you go. Attractions around there will be a lot of ‘guides’, pulling you to sit in the local Lamborghini (human tricycle), about ¥ 50 yuan for half an hour, nothing can be experienced. Even shopping and eating, half a day is enough. 💢 route, where to go first, because they are not next to the traffic with Grab taxi, very convenient, in advance to bind the credit card can be, automatic deduction. Positioning accurate, drivers are very reliable. But the traffic in Manila is really hard to say, when the traffic jam 3 kilometres also take an hour. 💢 If it's just a short stay, accommodation is recommended to stay in Passy area, it's close to the airport, staying in the city will be really very traffic jam. 💢Electronic declaration is required for all entries, and everyone needs to fill it out no matter what visa they enter with! On the way to Tagaytay City, along Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road, I was looking for value for money BRUNCH, I noticed a 220php Bulalo special posted at Don Juan Native and Exotic Restaurant. I must try! It is good the resto has a good parking and the meals are priced very reasonably. I ordered bulalo special and their popular tapsi for only 140 php, and while waiting I ordered french fries for only 120php. The waiter gave me a free Kapeng Barako which is a strong coffee of Batangas. The food is very excellent like in a fine dining restaurant and price is very affordable. I am quite intrigued by the term "shambala" which actually means "a place of peace, tranquility or happiness". As I reached Shambala that was actually what I felt: peace and happiness! As I stepped the grounds, I could feel connection and harmony within me, the environment and the arts in the museum. It is an experienced museum as I stayed in the ifugao nipa huts, living like cordilleran people for an over night. If you’re looking for a chill and relaxing stay, Mount Sea Resort is the place to be. This place is warm and cozy, you can’t even feel that you’re in the city. The best thing here is their dining restaurant. Their specialty is the rabbit. It was my first time eating rabbit and I loved it! Other foods on the menu are also good and servings are of decent portions. One more thing, the receptionists and other staff are so nice and attentive to your needs! I highly recommend this place!

Now it is back and has a new location! In the previous years, the Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta was always held at the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. But this year, it will be in Carmona, Cavite. The Hot Air Balloon Festival Philippines events will start at 5:30 am but the gates will already be open by 4:30 am. Make sure to catch the Night Glow at 6:30 pm and enjoy the different views and activities until the Fiesta grounds close at 9:30 pm. You can watch the sunrise and sunset as balloons of all shapes and sizes fly in the air. 📅 Itinerary Day1：Travel from Tarlac to Tagaytay. Took the SCTEX-NLEX-SLEX-CALLAX. Checked in at La Bella Boutique Hotel. Rest for the whole day and went out for dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel vicinity. Day2: Movie at Fora Mall (Avatar), coffee at Jaytee's Filipino cuisine then went to Acienda Designer outlet (kung saan nabudol na naman akong bumili ng oakley sunglasses.😆😆😆). I had dinner at Señor Alvino's. Day3: Breakfast at Villa San Jose St. Nicholas. Food is so so. 🤭🫢✌️ 🏨 La Bella Boutique Hitel 🍴 Jaytee's and Señor Alvino's are great options. There are other restaurants that are overlooking at the Taal lake like Jaytee's and others. 📌 Make reservations ahead of time, parking is a challenge because of too much people going to the restaurants overlooking the taal lake. Bring extra patience and your sweet smile too.☺️
