The Spring Feast lunch was truly amazing! From stir-fried river shrimp with spring chive oil, to Jiangnan seasonal savory stew, to braised grouper balls with fresh broad beans, to knife fish wontons… every dish captured the freshness of Jiangnan's season. From the awakening of spring mountains to the growth of all things, the feeling of eating spring into your stomach was pure bliss.
