I found a chapel similar to Anaya in downtown Beijing
🟡 Discovered this venue by chance while trying out a restaurant. It features mainly white chapel buildings, water systems, and green spaces. You can see a chapel similar to Anaya without leaving downtown Beijing. It's around Chaoyang Joy City, so if you're nearby, you can drop by. The park is not large, so it's not worth a special trip.
🟡 Here are some shooting spots:
❶ White Chapel (Minimalist architecture, similar to Anaya Chapel, gives a high-end feel in casual shots)
❷ Forest Chapel (A triangular chapel with transparent windows, surrounded by green plants, with neat white chairs and forest-themed flowers inside)
❸ Jing Space (An event venue connected to an outdoor S-shaped lawn. This time, I just wandered outside and didn't go in)
❹ Green Water Pool (A pool in front of the chapel, where you can shoot reflections of the building; a garden pool surrounded by flowers, plants, and pebbles, like a miniature garden)
❺ Banquet Hall (An indoor banquet hall is essential for wedding venues. We booked a wedding banquet tasting to experience the atmosphere in advance. The Barbie Banquet Hall left a deep impression, with lighting creating an immersive experience and beautiful light and shadow effects)
🟡 Location: Youyue Fanjing Banquet Art Center (Chaoyang District)
The park is free, and you can capture two different tones during the day and at dusk, which is quite interesting~

Bintana's Snowy Warmth ❄️🍽️🇵🇭

📍 Mesa Madre梅萨妈妈·Bintana(国贸店)
🇵🇭 My second and third visits to Bintana, a Filipino restaurant in Beijing.
Just a 10-minute drive from the embassies.
😋 😋 I indulged in Longanisa, Bicol Express, Bibingka, Banana Cake, Ube Latte, and hot chocolate with marshmallows—all delicious.
New additions like cookies and bread surprised me.
When I expressed my desire for lunch, she graciously offered to open the shop, which I wasn't aware is usually closed on Mondays. ♥️
The festive atmosphere added to the charm, with the shop beautifully decorated for a great Christmas vibes. 🎄
Grateful for the warm hospitality and delightful surprises. ❄️🍽️🇵🇭

Beijing's Chaoyang district
TBT an unforgettable trip to Beijing's Chaoyang district in 2019!
The district is a hidden gem, with its bustling streets filled with enchanting Russian shops, cozy restaurants, and charming tea houses. I immersed myself in the vibrant culture, indulging in authentic cuisine and exploring the unique Russian souvenirs. It was a captivating fusion of cultures, leaving me with incredible memories of a Russian-inspired adventure in the heart of China.

HAHA LULU is the name of this small exhibition, located in Beijing Yintai Centre. There are some funny art objects in the room, on the wall and on the ground floor. These animals are popular among young beijiners now.

Traktirr restaurant
This restaurant is located opposite the Russian Cultural Center. It is popular not only among Russians, but also among the Chinese. It is better to book a table in advance or come before 5 pm when there are not so many people.
Here you can try Russian dishes, they are translated into English. They have a good selection of food, they have salads, hot dishes, snacks and sweets. You can also taste Russian drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Unlike other Russian restaurants in Beijing, the prices are lower. For one person, about 60-100 yuan. You can also buy Russian products here (sweets, waffles, etc.).
Take subway line 4, Dongzhimen station, exit A

Great collab!
In 2023, Louis Vuitton enjoyed an excellent collaboration with the world famous Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. The collection has become not beige and brown, but bright and cheerful. The most interesting is outside the shop on the street. There are large pumpkins in the style of this artist. They are very bright and beautiful against the blue sky. This can be seen in the center of Beijing near the Louis Vuitton store, which is located in the China World Mall (No 1, Jianguomen Outer Street (Guomao Subway Station Entrance and Exit Pedestrian 80 meters), Chaoyang, Beijing. You can also go to the store and see what's inside.

Bath No 9 and place for photos
This bath is located in Beijing. You can get to Didi (No. 9 Hot spring life hall) or by metro (line 1, Sihui station, exit B, then 20 minutes on foot). The bath is open around the clock. Ticket from 400 to 540 yuan, depending on holidays and weekends. Here in the fresh air there are hot springs with different temperatures from 36 to 39 degrees. They look like pools. There are large pools where many people swim, and there are small ones where you can only stay with your friends. There is also a restaurant with a lot of seafood. And there is also a place near the restaurant where you can take different fruits. And Haagen Dats ice cream. All this is free. As with many other bathhouses, there are plenty of places to play cards with friends or take a nap. There are many interesting dolls to take pictures with.

Chaoyang Baota Temple.
Chaoyang Shifang Zhufu Pagoda
Shifang Zhufu Pagoda, also known as Yanshou Temple Pagoda, is located in Mafangsi Village, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It was first built in the 24th year of the Jiajing period of the Ming dynasty (1545) and is now a key cultural relic protection unit in Beijing.
Yanshou Temple was first built in the 17th year of the Jiajing period of the Ming dynasty (1538). In the 24th year of the Jiajing period of the Ming dynasty (1545), Shifang Zhufu Pagoda was built in Yanshou Temple. In the 26th year of the Guangxu period of the Qing dynasty (1900), Yanshou Temple was burned down by the Eight-Nation Alliance, but Shifang Zhufu Pagoda was fortunately preserved. It has been repaired many times since the reform and opening up, and now it looks brand new.
The pagoda faces south and is about 30 meters high. It is an octagonal nine-story dense-eave brick pagoda. The pagoda base is about 3 meters high, with an arched door and the inscription "Shifang Zhufu Pagoda" above. The pagoda core is conical, straight to the eighth floor, with a diameter of about 1 meter at the lower end, gradually decreasing upward. The pagoda wall is smooth, with no steps to climb. The pagoda was originally hollow and used to place the remains of monks, so it is called Zhufu Pagoda. It is said that the cultural relics in the pagoda core room were stolen in the 1970s, and the pagoda door was later bricked up. The stone pagoda door facing south that you see now was installed during the most recent renovation.
There were originally four small pagodas behind the pagoda, with brick bases and carvings, all of which were pagodas for eminent monks. They were still there after the founding of the People's Republic of China, but it is not known when they were destroyed. There are eight stone steles around the pagoda, three to the north, two to the south, and three more a hundred meters south of the pagoda. Among them, the stele in the center of the north of the pagoda, which was rebuilt in the 29th year of the Jiajing period (Figures 13-17), is the earliest and seems to be the best preserved.
Shifang Zhufu Pagoda has clear characteristics of Ming dynasty pagodas and has certain research value. However, those who have seen it on site will all say one word: new.
Beijing's first seafood market hot pot, and I don't recognize any of it.
There are a lot of 🍣 seafood here, seafood lovers must try it
The store is full of ♨️ Hong Kong style, and the dishes are 🐔 super rich. 🦐 Boston lobster, 🦀 bread crab, and king crab are fresh and lively in the breeding area. The self-service selection of dishes 🧆️ is very novel, with various small seafood, 🥬 vegetables, and 🥩 beef and mutton in the plate.
Different colors of plates correspond to different prices, 💰 clearly marked, now members can enjoy 32% off dishes, very cost-effective 👍👍👍
🏘: Lucky Seafood Market (Beijing's first store)
🏷: Beijing - Chaoyang District - Go straight 100 meters from the south gate of Sanyuanli Community and turn right (in the alley next to the tobacco, alcohol, and tea supermarket)
Many celebrities come here just to eat.
A restaurant that many celebrities visit
A hidden gem in Tianshuiyuan! The food is so fresh!
This Hong Kong hot pot is so delicious!
The decor is very authentic!
So good!
The Macao chicken feet and pork bone pot has super tender pork, and the meat is so tender! Drink a bowl of soup to warm your stomach! The beef is super fresh
The sashimi is made to order! The fish is crystal clear and still trembling when served! So fresh!
The green jade clams stuffed with shrimp paste 🦐 are especially fresh! They are chewy and bouncy
The black truffle pigeon! It's my first time eating it! It's juicy and tender
Beijing on another level!
Look at the Chuan Chuan in Beijing, it’s another level. Constantly keeping it warm while having a good time with friends
Beijing! An empty ginkgo forest! It's already a golden ocean!
🌲 Don't go to Olympic Forest Park and Sanlitun to see ginkgo trees with the crowd! I didn't expect there to be such a large ginkgo forest in Chaoyang, Beijing, which is already completely yellow. It feels bigger than Olympic Forest Park and Sanlitun. Now, not only are the branches and leaves lush, but the ground is also covered with ginkgo leaves blown down by the autumn wind. It's not an exaggeration to say that this is a golden ocean.
🌲 There is a large ginkgo forest in Pingfang Park in Chaoyang District. Compared with the street trees, the ginkgo trees here are specially planted here. In this ginkgo forest, you don't have to search for the yellow ginkgo trees like on the street. Everywhere you look is a golden ginkgo ocean.
🌲 It's rare to find such a dense ginkgo forest in Beijing. Although it's a bit far away, you can feast your eyes and see the golden autumn in Beijing. Walking in the ginkgo forest, a gust of wind blows, and the ginkgo leaves float around like colorful butterflies. From a distance, these fallen leaves look like a golden carpet on the ground.
🌲 In late autumn, walking in the ginkgo forest in Pingfang Park is like entering a time tunnel. The forest extends as far as the eye can see, and the road is covered with golden leaves. Stepping on the golden leaves and hearing the crisp sound is the wonderful music of late autumn in Beijing.
🌲 The ginkgo trees here are dense, and there are no crowds. Now is the best time to visit. Rows of beautiful ginkgo trees are showing their most beautiful colors. When the sunlight shines into the forest, it's like a filter. The whole ginkgo forest is glowing, like a golden fairy tale world.
⚠️ Tips
📍 Pingfang Park, Chaoyang District, Beijing
📸 Photo date: October 29, 2024
It's recommended to enter the park from the south gate, go straight and turn right to see the ginkgo forest.
📸 Photo tips: It's recommended to go at noon. The ginkgo forest is currently lush, and the sunlight is blocked if you go too early or too late, so you can't capture the most beautiful colors.

With your body, immerse, perceive, and become one with a world that transcends material substances.
Humans have been liberated from material substances, and human creations now transcend the conventional notion of matter. The contour of the artwork’s existence transcends material boundaries, transforming it into an ambiguous continuity in relation to space and its surrounding environment. The boundary between the human body and art becomes blurred, enabling the body to move more freely. As a result, human perception expands from the artwork itself to the environment. teamLab Massless is a world created by artworks that transcend the notion of material substances.#chinatown #teamlab #china #wonderful

so far with my friends, we booked Han ting hotel in Jiangxi, changsha and beijing. The service they provided makes us feel nice. In Changsha the room they provided had an Aircon problem. They rectify and still proposed to us to change to another hotel.Fue their hotel was fully booked. They provided free transportation to the next hotel and gave us a bigger room. In the new hotel, I wanted to wash my clothing. The staff helped me to transfer to the dryer machine and packed for us after it was dry
We're pleased with the service they provided.. It's a good hotel to stay in so far.
Calming and Refreshing Park in Chaoyang
Looking for a calming and refreshing spot in the middle of bustling Beijing? Here is my recommendation.
The name is Chaoyang District Pingfang Park or also called as 朝阳区平房公园. It's different from Chaoyang Park, but not that far from it. Only 30 minutes driving or taking subway from this area. This park is relatively less crowded and opens 24 hours daily. So, you just can enjoy the calming and refreshing vibe here.

An Enchanting Panorama of a Starlit Metropolis
#familytrips2024
Strolling the streets at night in Beijing CBD (Central Business District) offers a different vibes from the bustling life during the daytime.
This trip, me and my family stay at China World Trade Apartment which is located strategically in Beijing CBD. Being the center of business district, this area is busy during the daytime, but as dusk fades into darkness, the city transforms into an elegant tapestry of light and shadow.
The cityscape at night is a breathtaking mosaic of twinkling lights, casting a magical glow that illuminates the urban jungle. Skyscrapers pierce the night sky, their windows are like stars creating a constellation of human endeavour and creativity.
Following some recommendations, we went to Blue Frog Bar & Grill in China World Trade Shopping Mall. There is a open space balcony where you can witnesses the enchanting panorama of the vibrant nightlife. The iconic building of CCTV Headquarters, a 51-floors skyscraper gets the most attention. Each other building with its unique architecture, stands as a testament to the city's history and future, bathed in the soft glow of street lamps.
This serene beauty of the night offers a stark contrast to the daytime hustle, presenting a peaceful yet vibrant scene that captivates the heart and soul.
