These popular chiikawa-shaped taiyaki-like treats are sold by Kurikoan, a taiyaki seller in the Tokyo metropolitan area, so you can be sure they taste great. Currently, reservations are required in advance, with lottery entries accepted between 14 and 7 days before your visit. For dates and times when slots aren't filled by lottery, reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. However, since it had been a while since the store opened, same-day reservations were possible on weekdays. On this day, it looked like we could get a reservation for as little as an hour later. At the time of our reservation, the staff explained to us that each person could purchase only one merchandise item and a maximum of six chiikawayaki. This time, we purchased Set A (anko, chocolate, and cream). The crust was sweet and fluffy, and the inside was filled with plenty of cream and bean paste. This is my third time staying at this hotel. It's located on the second floor of Chiba Station, just west of the station. It's about a 2-minute walk to the left. The hotel is nice and the room is clean. The bed is comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Just when I checked in, sandwiches and bite-sized sweets were lined up for afternoon tea! Guests can take a quick look at the gorgeous spots in the lobby. On the location open day, you can be bold! Summer Sonic Tokyo is an awesome music festival that I wanted to experience myself. It is usually held every mid-August in both Tokyo and Osaka. In Tokyo, it is held at ZOZO Marine Stadium & Makuhari Messe in Chiba. It is very easy to get there by JR train. Get off at Kaihin-Makuhari Station and walk a short distance. This helps reduce car usage and air pollution. The event is filled with world-class artists and the atmosphere is lively. There are many food zones and activities to choose from. The music and energy of the audience makes you feel refreshed all day long. The trick for traveling to save the world is to use a portable water bottle, reduce plastic waste, and separate your trash at the designated points. JR-EAST Hotel Mets Premier Makuhari Toyosuna opened on March 25, 2024. The location is great, right in front of the station and 30 seconds walk from Aeon Mall☺️. It's been open for a year, but the lobby, rooms, and breakfast venue were all very clean and beautiful⋆✦. Amenities include Sekkisei skincare products, bath salts, face masks, tea, and more, and the quality is very satisfying♥. There was also a server where you could get coffee and cocoa. #February travel support event Today was Coming of Age Day, a Japanese holiday I took a break from work and studied, and decided to go out, so I headed home to Shibuya Ward for the first time in a long time. But the day I was going was a market day (this is always the case when I go out) Of all days.. the ‘National High School Soccer Tournament’ and even the ‘finals’ Why on earth did I want to go out today? I’m a human being.. And as soon as I got there, I was so excited I went to a nearby pizza place with the thought of eating something But I found a happy coincidence! I found a cheap and good value pizza place (link below) It’s a famous pizza place in Nagoya, and I heard that it’s the first chain store to open in Tokyo (Judging from the comments, so I’m not sure) So I immediately said, Oh! Nagoya! It’s famous in a place close to Tokyo, so I ordered a pizza.. After one bite.. I was happy.. I immediately ordered a beer, ugh!! And since I'm a heavy drinker, I couldn't skip a daytime beer, so I ordered it right away.. And then I actually ordered another one..(That's why I can't stop going to the gym) Even if I ride the sky for 70 minutes, I won't give up on pizza! I ate it deliciously... After eating two, to prevent blood sugar spikes (actually, the weather was so nice), I went for a walk alone and looked around to heal myself. I passed out when I got home.. Stayed three nights there and every morning I was so excited to wake up and go down to their lobby restaurant to savour their breakfast buffet menu. Particularly love their beautifully arranged buffet dishes for the main dishes, desserts, vegetables, and drinks. Fell in love with their braise pork which is so soft and melt in mouth and their hot coffee is of high-quality and free-flow.
