Crab Sukiyaki Shabu-Shabu ¥7,700 Course
- Hot Pot Dashi: Choose from 9 Types
- Vegetables: Buffet Style (Seasonal Vegetables, Including Chinese Cabbage, Spinach, Enoki Mushrooms, and Shiitake Mushrooms)
- Meat: Beef, Pork Belly, Pork Shoulder Loin, Chicken Thigh
The dashi broth you choose changes the flavor, enhancing the umami of the meat and vegetables. It was fun to compare the beef, pork, and chicken, and pairing it with seasonal vegetables enhanced the texture and flavor, creating a luxurious dish unique to shabu-shabu.
- Crab (Big Snow Crab, Red Snow Crab)
Big Snow Crab is large and sweet, while Red Snow Crab has a delicate and refined flavor. The crab's flavor is further enhanced when cooked in shabu-shabu, resulting in a luxurious and satisfying meal.
- Sushi
Tuna, Salmon, Amberjack, Squid
- Sushi Rolls
Salmon Roe, Sea Urchin
Sushi enhances the umami flavor and highlights the unique characteristics of each ingredient. The sushi rolls allowed us to enjoy luxurious seafood in one bite, and despite being an all-you-can-eat buffet, we were able to savor the authentic flavors.

With home-style flavors, they were the perfect palate cleanser. The Japanese prepared dishes enriched the table and further enhanced the enjoyment of the all-you-can-eat buffet.

Freshly fried and fragrant, with a light flavor that brought out the umami of the ingredients. The batter also had a pleasant, satisfying texture.

A selection of classic fried foods, this hearty and satisfying lineup is very filling and pairs perfectly with sake.
