The rooms are tiny, damp, and overpriced because of the 'heritage' tag. I stayed in La Spezia and took the train in every morning. It was cheaper, cleaner, and infinitely more convenient. 5. Extremely Weather-Dependent These colorful houses only look good in direct sunlight. If it’s cloudy or raining, the whole place looks depressing and grey.
