Chef Christian was amazing! His explanations and instructions were clear and straightforward, making it easy to follow—even for those in our group who don’t typically bake. We participated in the Marie Antoinette experience, which involved plenty of viennoiserie and indulgence. Ending the class with champagne and wigs was such a fun and unexpected touch!

Three hours filled with information and hands-on practice. I was amazed we managed to make five desserts in that time, but thanks to Chef Sara, we did! My favorite part was the helpful tips that will improve my skills, and the light, jovial atmosphere that was surprisingly well-organized and instructional. Ending it all with tasting was the perfect touch!

Chef Christian made the session so enjoyable, explaining everything clearly enough for me to feel confident about trying the recipes at home. Even though it was the same class, I learned even more the second time since it wasn’t all brand-new—and it was just as enjoyable. Chef Sarah is a blast: skilled, experienced, kind, clear, and very funny. I walked away with better skills, more knowledge, plenty of macarons, and an overall delightful Parisian experience. Highly recommend. The next day, I had pre-booked a one-on-one session with Chef Christian to dive deeper into working with chocolate, improve my technique, and sharpen some skills. He was patient and encouraging, guiding me while also helping me figure out how to avoid getting chocolate everywhere—which was one of my specific goals! Although the solo class comes with a higher price tag, the four-hour session was absolutely worth it for the personalized attention and the invaluable experience. Plus, I got to bring home a stash of gorgeous and delicious chocolates to share. This place and its incredible team are perfect for anyone looking to combine fun and skill development through cooking classes in Paris.

I thoroughly enjoyed my croissant class with Chef Christian at Cook'n with Class Paris. He was an excellent instructor, carefully explaining each step of the process. It's amazing that we managed to make so many delightful pastries in just three hours. We created "plain" croissants, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins (along with their cream filling), and Kouign-Amanns—which I absolutely adore! Since crafting croissants takes over three hours, we first worked with Chef Christian's pre-prepared laminated dough to shape and bake croissants. Then, we created dough from scratch and proceeded with the lamination process ourselves. Now, I fully understand how to replicate everything on my own in the future. Though I’ve baked a few yeasted breads before, I feel far more confident now that my future creations will turn out wonderfully. In class, we used fresh baker's yeast, but Chef Christian made sure to explain how to adapt with jarred (instant) yeast if that's all we have access to. With only six participants, we worked in pairs, and the workspace felt very spacious and accommodating.

This should be on everyone’s list when visiting Paris. What an incredible experience it was to shop at a market and then prepare an amazing lunch. Our chef and instructor, Fabrice, was both highly knowledgeable and entertaining. He shared fantastic cooking tips and techniques while guiding us through the process. We had an excellent time and would definitely return on our next trip to Paris.

My World Cup night took place in the Bastide Saint-Louis, specifically on Place Carnot, the lively square within the lower city. The medieval stone buildings created a natural amphitheater for the cheers. The crowd was a boisterous mix of locals, rugby fans, and tourists. The air was filled with the smell of cassouletand the sound of Occitan being spoken with passion. When the whistle blew, the entire square seemed to hold its breath. The fan culture here is raw, historical, and fiercely proud. We drank robust red wine from the Languedoc region, toasting the players as if they were knights defending the castle gates. The Plan: Find a terrace on Place Carnot with a clear view of the screen. Arrive 90 minutes early. Order a plate of local charcuterie. After the match, walk up towards the Cité Médiévale (the walled city) to see it illuminated against the night sky. It’s a hauntingly beautiful end to a passionate evening.

Even though I’m usually more into savory dishes and don’t eat many sweets, the desserts Chef Sarah taught us to make were irresistibly delicious—I ended up enjoying more than I expected! Every single thing we made was amazing. Spending my last day in Paris with this unique and enriching experience was truly worthwhile. I gained so much from this class!

I strongly recommend the Croissant Baking Class offered by Cook’n With Class Paris. Chefs Christian and Sarah were highly skilled, friendly, and patient with our two groups of retired adult learners. The session was delightful, filled with teamwork and laughter, as we learned to prepare four varieties of mouthwatering croissants. We capped it off with champagne to toast our success! I wouldn’t hesitate to take this class again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just steps away from the Palais des Congrès. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a young receptionist who was exceptionally kind and cheerful. The room, designed for three people, is practical and fairly spacious. A high point is the bathroom, which offers both a shower and a bathtub—very convenient for saving time in the morning. The breakfast staff is also very helpful, though the buffet itself is decent, without being remarkable. Unfortunately, we were very let down by the room service. Paying €29.50 for mediocre truffle pasta already feels overpriced, but the dish was delivered without any cover or protection, raising concerns about hygiene and temperature. Additionally, the room’s layout does not accommodate dining for three people comfortably—without an appropriate table, we ended up eating on the desk and the bed. In conclusion, this hotel is excellent for its accommodations and welcoming atmosphere, but steer clear of ordering food to your room.

I attended the sauce class, and it was an amazing experience. Alongside learning numerous recipes, I got to enjoy some truly tasty food. Professor Fabricio was both clear in his instructions and very kind. The school itself is impressively equipped, featuring a large, spacious kitchen. I absolutely loved it.

I really enjoyed our outing to the market and the cooking class with Fabrice. The atmosphere was laid-back and enjoyable. Fabrice is an excellent teacher, sharing plenty of helpful tips and tricks. The location is in the 18th, so it’s a bit of a journey, but it has such a great ambiance. I’ll definitely return.
