I went to the Kamakura Festival in Yokote City on a day trip using the "Kyun Pass" issued by JR❄️ I was able to enjoy it fully in one day, as I was able to go inside the kamakura and take photos, and there were festival stalls set up! If you take the last Shinkansen, you can enjoy the night lighting! It seems that there was less snow than usual this year, and some of the small kamakura had melted, which was a bit disappointing, but it was a wonderful opportunity to experience something that is hard to experience in Tokyo. For lunch, I had Yokote Yakisoba at "Kidouraku Main Store"✨It was delicious! #KamakuraFestival

Upon arrival, we headed straight to the hot springs. ♨️ There are two indoor baths, hot and lukewarm, and a spacious open-air bath in the back. It was perfect for soaking away the fatigue of travel. 🌙 We also tried the hot stone bath. 🔥 Placing the stones between your knees and armpits instantly causes you to sweat, resulting in a superb detox effect. 💦 The water was thick and smooth, like lotion. ✨ It left my skin feeling smooth, and the drinkable hot spring water really did its job of beautifying my skin from the inside out. 😍 Our stylish Japanese-Western room had its own in-room hot spring. 🌿 The luxury of being able to bathe in the hot spring as many times as you like. ♨️ Dinner was delicious, with sashimi, stir-fried burdock, clam chawanmushi, fish dishes, beef teppanyaki, and taro roe soup. 😋 Breakfast was also packed with side dishes, making it a delicious meal. ☀️ We enjoyed the hot springs about five times during our stay! The inn had a homey atmosphere, and although it was a little far from the Kansai region, it was well worth the trip. 🌸

We preserve time-consuming and laborious processes, such as using traditional methods (such as the "funeshibori" method) to press the sake. This adds depth and complexity to our sake.  Breadth and Balance of Flavor Many of our sakes fully capture the umami of the rice while maintaining a good balance of aroma, crispness, and aftertaste. For example, "Amanoto Miine" is rated as being relatively mellow and flavorful, yet easy to drink. I ate Inaniwa udon at Sato Yosuke in Akita Prefecture! Inaniwa udon is considered one of the three great udon noodles in Japan, along with Sanuki udon in Kagawa Prefecture and Mizusawa udon in Gunma Prefecture. The Yokote Snow Festival has a history of over 450 years and is a traditional event during the Little New Year. Every winter, about 80 snow caves are built in the city. These snow caves are not only artistic creations but also important symbols of local culture. Visiting the Snow Cave Museum offers an opportunity to learn about the origins and evolution of these snow caves and to feel the local residents' appreciation and love for this tradition. In the museum, you can also personally experience wearing traditional padded half-coats.
