The tranquil and ancient village - Yanta Village

A peaceful Yanta Village, with a history of more than 700 years, is about 40 kilometers away from Kunming city center and about 15 kilometers away from Anning city center. It is one of the oldest and best-preserved ancient villages around Kunming. The village still retains a large number of 'Yike Yin' residences as a testament to history, allowing visitors to tour and learn. On Saturday afternoon, I took bus No. 9 in Anning city center to visit Yanta Village. There were not many tourists, and it was very peaceful and quiet. Walking on the road into the village, you could smell the scent of cattle and sheep in the air. In the old village, you can see some dilapidated old houses, with earthen walls incomplete, leaving traces of mottled years. Seeing these, I can think of my childhood hometown, which is perhaps what 'homesickness' is! Fortunately, the village has seized the great opportunity to revitalize rural development, striving to develop secondary and tertiary industries, carefully creating the Huaxiang Yanta tourism sector, improving the living environment of residents, increasing income, and enhancing the quality of life. In the Huaxiang Yanta area behind the rural grand stage, there is a different scenery, with flowers and green grass embellishing the eaves, walls, and corners of the buildings on both sides, creating an extremely peaceful and harmonious atmosphere together with the newly renovated old houses! Walking slowly through the flower lanes alone, enjoying the pleasant scenery, I really want to find a small tavern to share a drink with someone? A gentle breeze, a bright moon, and me.
