Qianshan Wufoding (Five Buddha Peak).

❤️ Wufoding is the second highest peak in Qianshan, with an altitude of 554.1 meters. There is an old saying that "if you don't climb Wufoding, you can't see all the scenery of Qianshan." We chose the most time-saving and labor-saving way to climb Wufoding: Qianshan Main Gate → Sightseeing Bus (CNY 15 to Wufoding Cableway Station) → Cableway (CNY 50). 🧡 After getting off the cableway, walk up the stone steps to Puan Temple, the highest Taoist temple in Qianshan. Puan Temple is divided into two floors. The lower floor is the Hall of Three Officials, which enshrines three gods: the Heavenly Official Ziwei Emperor, the Earth Official Qingxu Emperor, and the Water Official Dongyin Emperor. The Three Officials are one of the oldest Chinese folk religious beliefs. 💚 The upper courtyard of Puan Temple is divided into two halls, east and west. The left is the Laojun Hall, built during the Republic of China. It is one of the few two-story buildings in Qianshan, and enshrines the Taoist Yuqing Palace Master Taishang Laojun, the highest god in Taoism. The first floor of Laojun Hall is the Dharma Protector Hall, with Lü Zu (Lü Dongbin) and Qiu Zu (Qiu Chuji), the founder of the Quanzhen Longmen School, on both sides. The right is the Guandi Temple, a single-eave hard mountain-style building from the Qing Dynasty, which enshrines the loyal and righteous God of Wealth, Guandi Jun (Guan Yu). 💛 From Puan Temple, you can reach Wufoding, where the five Buddhas on the mountain are the Sun and Moon Lamp Buddha, Ashan Buddha, Shakyamuni Buddha, Amitabha Buddha, and Flame Shoulder Buddha. 💜 From Wufoding, you can see the rolling mountains, the pine sea, and the lush greenery. In the distance, the blue sky is dotted with beautiful peaks and pavilions, and the beautiful natural scenery is intoxicating.
