The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the solutions they provide to problems are reasonable. 🌟Hotel Facilities: The booked Pastoral Residence was upgraded to a Cliff View Suite, which is a cabin built on the cliff. The room is large and comfortable with good privacy, allowing you to enjoy the view of Moganshan while bathing. The interior of the castle is beautiful, with a reception room, wine cellar, reading room, and the view from the outdoor terrace is also great. 🍱Dining: Naked Heart Taste is the breakfast restaurant (images 3-4), with limited food choices but a fantastic view. The corner spot facing the castle and mountains is recommended, what you eat becomes unimportant. Dinner at the Battery Tower was just okay, the presentation outshone the food itself, and the value for money was slightly low. 🌟Entertainment: Stayed for three days and two nights, and it was definitely not boring. You can swim in the infinity pool (temperature-controlled in winter), explore the castle, enjoy the view from the balcony, or play darts/ping-pong/pool in the activity room, and you can also sign up for various hotel activities such as hiking/mountain biking/craft making. In addition, Naked Heart Valley and Naked Heart Castle share facilities, so you can go down to Naked Heart Valley for horse riding, fishing, and archery ❗️❗️The Cliff View Room has poor sound insulation due to structural issues, and it was a bit overwhelming when encountering noisy drunk guests at night. However, the hotel's resolution was swift and efficient. It's about a 20-30 minute drive from the hotel. ✅The hotel has a hiking trail that goes over the Hundred Steps Ridge and follows the road to Jinmao Tianlai, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Naked Heart Castle, about a 20-minute walk (involving climbing 400 steps).
