Antwerp is known as the "World's Diamond Capital". There is also a term in the diamond world called "Antwerp Cutting", which is used to describe the exquisite cutting skills here, so you can imagine the significance of diamonds for the city. It is said that eight out of every ten uncut diamonds are sent to Antwerp for processing, and half of the world's polished diamonds are also from Antwerp. The diamonds sold here are non-conflict diamonds protected by the United Nations. The money for selling diamonds will not be used for violence, military or terrorist activities, but the price is about 30% off elsewhere. The DIVA-Antwerp Diamond House in the old town is a newly opened museum. In addition to exhibiting a variety of precious diamonds, there are also some valuable jewels and artworks. The diamonds around the Virgin in Figure 4 were all donated to the church by the people and then sent to the museum for display. Figure 5 shows the local jewelry in Antwerp, as well as some valuable artworks collected from Asian countries. Figure 6 There is an area in the museum, which is specially decorated into a vault. Each safe deposit box has a collection or a description and identification method for the artwork. This form of display is refreshing and quite novel.
