Spectacular Hilltop Buddist temple in Penang

#wecreate Recently had a pleasure of visiting Kek Lok Si Temple and was absolutely Impressed by the beauty and serenity of the place. Seated on a hilltop in Jalan Balik Pulau, Air Itam, Penang. Built over a period from 1890 to 1930, this Buddist temple complex is a massive architecture with a spectacular landscapes and characterized by colorful, intricate decors and sculptures, plus numerous of Buddha statues and images. There are also featuring a 36.57metres tall bronze statue of Guanyin(Goddess of Mercy), an iconic Pagoda and the stunning hilltop views.
