The opening ceremony of Baiyu County's second "Shengde Baiyu·The Best in the Grassland" rural folk culture event showed the splendid culture and beautiful grassland scenery of Baiyu in three scenes: "The Beauty of Intangible Cultural Heritage" and "Praise of the Grassland". Baiyu County, under the holy snow-capped mountains, brings together grasslands, lakes, forests, snow-capped mountains, glaciers, villages... it is quiet and beautiful.
