Luwak Coffee

We learned about luwak coffee in Bali - the coffee beans are extracted from mongoose (aka civet cat) poo after they ingest the coffee fruit berries. Luwak coffee is some of the most expensive coffee in the world, but we gave it a try, and I did find it to be sweeter and smoother than regular coffees. There are several places in Bali that sell luwak coffee - we went to Lumbung Sari Pecatu near Uluwatu Temple and had a complimentary coffee and tea tasting with our luwak coffee. #timetotravel #bali #indonesia #luwakcoffee
