Escaping the city hustle this weekend, I headed to Baoding to unlock the ultimate carefree suburban camping + slow-paced city travel experience! No need to stress about gear or sketchy infrastructure—just grab your bag and go! Surrounded by the shade of trees, blooming flowers, and fluffy white clouds, we spent the night grilling skewers over a charcoal fire and stargazing under zero light pollution. Honestly, this experience completely shattered all my expectations of staying in a hotel: it's incredibly cozy, budget-friendly, and gets you up close to nature! Plus, there are gorgeous gardens and rich cultural landmarks, and the amenities are insanely well-equipped. I highly recommend you have to try it at least once.
