A standard museum~ China Paleozoological Museum (Baoding Natural History Museum)

I've been to the China Paleozoological Museum in Beijing several times, and finally visited this branch in Baoding. The exhibits are not limited to ancient animals, but also include ✅ Precious minerals: introducing from the Earth's formation to sedimentary rocks that can preserve animal traces ✅ Ecological exhibition area: various living environments on Earth and the animals within them ✅ Extinct animals: a very striking section, using pictures and specimens to introduce species that have disappeared due to humans Other tips: 1️⃣ The crowd is not particularly large; even on New Year's Day, it wasn't crowded enough to affect the visit; 2️⃣ Tickets cost 40 yuan. If you can't get tickets for the permanent exhibition, you can buy tickets for the special exhibition. The current special exhibition is "Whale Wonders," which uses digital sound and light to introduce whale knowledge. It's quite good, more like an art gallery than a museum. Compared to the main museum in Beijing, this place feels a bit rough, both in terms of exhibits and display methods. Many exhibits I wanted to photograph were always blocked by others, and the fossils were not labeled as genuine or replicas, giving a cramped feeling of wanting to express a lot but lacking time and space. Overall, it's still worth a visit.
