The basement level has many affordable eateries. One that I often visit is 'Meinai Eatery', which has a nice environment with a Vietnamese style and a fresh vibe. The menu is mainly Vietnamese cuisine, which is rare to find in Mainland China, such as spicy prawns with a big head and mango fish fillet rice paper rolls. The overall quality of the food is good, and the prices are half of what you would pay in Hong Kong, making it very cost-effective.
