Cool Summer Destinations | Watch a Vast Impression Exhibition inside the Mobius Ring Building

The daytime in Beijing is getting hotter and hotter☀️, and a summer retreat is not complete without visiting museums and exhibitions. A new exhibition has recently opened at the Phoenix Center🖼️. Viewing the exhibition in the cool indoor space and appreciating the open architecture of the Phoenix Center is a great way to beat the heat. 🖼️Jean-François Hecq: Vast Impression Exhibition 📍Address: Phoenix Center, No. 3 Chaoyang Park South Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing ⏳Exhibition Period: June 7, 2024 - September 1, 2024 (Closed on Mondays) ✅The Phoenix Center currently has several exhibitions running concurrently. The Vast Impression Exhibition🖼️ is located inside the Phoenix Center's open architecture. Normally, you need to make a reservation and purchase a ticket🎫 to visit, but this time you can visit directly while viewing the exhibition, which is very cost-effective. ✅Hecq is the pioneer of📸 vast photography techniques. He uses telephoto lenses to capture close-ups of heritage buildings🏘️ or urban landscapes🏙️, then stitches together thousands of snapshots into huge works of hundreds of millions of pixels, creating surreal worlds and showcasing a very unique visual photography art👍. ✅There are more than 80 works on display, arranged in five areas on the second floor of the Phoenix Center. The works are quite large in scale🌠, making them suitable for close-up viewing of the details and original materials. ✅Some of my favorite works include: 🧑‍🎨Monet's Portrait, 🌸Rain of Flowers, 🏰Beyond Versailles II, 🛕Babel Tower 25 Barcelona. ✅There are also areas set up for photo-taking and check-ins, with scenes inspired by Hecq's 🌺Tree of Flowers series. ✅During the exhibition, there is a free🆓 public guided tour service from 14:00-15:00, subject to the arrangements on the day. ⭕️Other: 🔸While viewing the exhibition, you can also visit the Phoenix Center, a building inspired by the Mobius ring, which is very photogenic📷. 🔸At the entrance, there is a🗺️ photography guide booklet that details the photo check-in points and diagrams within the open visiting areas of the Phoenix Center. 🔸When visiting the exhibition, pick up a visitor's pass at the customer service centerℹ️ at the entrance of the exhibition hall. After the exhibition, you can keep this visitor's pass🪪 as a souvenir. 🔸Inside the exhibition area, there is a ☕️coffee and tea lounge, as well as a pop-up store for the exhibition's merchandise.
