Lotus Charm Reflecting Summer Light Potted Lotus Display at Beihai Park

The capital has experienced continuous high temperatures, but the waterside of Beihai Park is cool and comfortable in the early morning. Under the ancient trees, a signboard with the slogan 'Lotus Charm Reflecting Summer Light' marks the beginning of another Beihai Park Lotus Festival. In front of the Five Dragon Pavilion and Chanfu Temple, potted lotuses are in full bloom. Especially in front of the Five Dragon Pavilion, lotus screens are arranged, with vibrant lotuses dancing in the wind, surpassing those in paintings. On the steps in front of Chanfu Temple, with its yellow glazed tiles and painted red walls, potted lotuses are placed, showcasing the ancient charm and natural beauty with their green leaves and delicate flowers. Display boards in the Five Dragon Pavilion introduce the various types of lotuses in Beihai Park, many of which are new varieties cultivated over the years within the park. This year's Lotus Festival at Beihai Park has already begun, with large lotus ponds located between the South Gate and East Gate.
