Initial Experience at Beijing Yucai JW Marriott Hotel

Because I had friends visiting from out of town, a few of us decided to stay at the Yucai JW Hotel. I live too far from them in Beijing, so I also stayed at the hotel. It was convenient because the next day I could take them on a walking distance tour to Liulichang, stroll through the hutongs, and experience the intangible cultural heritage of woodblock printing and more. The hotel was really popular, and I had to wait a little for the room when I arrived. The front desk upgraded me to a suite, which made me happy. The room was very spacious, and although the hotel has been open for ten years, the bathroom seemed to have been renovated recently and was very clean. The room came with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, which is not unusual. But what's impressive is that the hotel has a sustainable recycling spot downstairs for the used capsules, which is a very 👍 environmental concept. Another point to mention is the hotel's breakfast. I went around 7:30 am, and the restaurant was very busy, showing how many guests were staying. However, the service staff really deserve praise. Perhaps because I'm also in the catering business, I observed the service staff while I was eating. From the manager to the employees, whether it was seating guests, inquiring about coffee, clearing tables, or cleaning, everyone was full of enthusiasm and moved super quickly. It was fantastic, 👍
