Brought my mother to Beijing for her 60th bday because that was her bday wish and gubei water town DID not disappoint. 2 hours ride from main city (I came from Chongwenmen) and there’s an entry fee for both the town + Great Wall + cable car, about SGD40 per pax. WORTH THE WALK. Remember to bring umbrella and water though and dress comfortably. There are hot springs around too! #beijing #greatwallofchina #china
