Zhengang Pagoda

🌟Highlights: Zhengang Pagoda is located in Changxindian Town, Fengtai District, Beijing. It was first built in the Jin Dynasty (1115–1234) and has been renovated many times. Zhengang Pagoda is a solid brick pagoda with a floral design. It is 18 meters high and is one of the most precious pagodas in Beijing. 👍Recommended: 100 meters east of Zhengang Pagoda Road. It is said that the mound where Zhengang Pagoda is located is a dragon vein. If a person is buried on this mound after death, their descendants can become officials. When the rulers heard about this, they built a pagoda to suppress it and consolidate the dragon vein, and renamed it "Zhengang Pagoda." ❤Recommended reason: Zhengang Pagoda is a nine-story solid brick pagoda with a dense eave style and a smooth appearance. Originally, a copper bell was hung on each eave of the pagoda, but they have long since been lost. The eaves are supported by brackets, which are the same shape as the brackets of the flat base. On the wall of the arch, there is a relief of a group of people and animals, with a golden-winged bird in the middle. Above the eaves of the pagoda is a Sumeru pedestal, and the upper part of the pagoda is shaped like a circular arc with a large bottom and a small top, forming a conical shape with a round shape. 📝Tips: Free admission, parking available.
