The Summer Palace has a collection of more than 3,500 pieces of color-glazed porcelain, mainly from the Ming and Qing dynasties of Jingdezhen, as well as some Longquan kiln products from the Yuan and Ming dynasties. This time, more than 100 pieces of porcelain were selected, with a wide variety and excellent quality, and it is the first time that the color-glazed porcelain of the Summer Palace is displayed in a concentrated manner, presenting the colorful colors and vast philosophical thoughts of ancient Chinese porcelain. Among the porcelain on display, the Yuan Dynasty blue glaze white dragon pattern plum vase is the most wonderful, with only three pieces in existence, collected in the Guimet Museum of Asian Art in France, the Yangzhou Museum, and the Summer Palace. The Yuan blue glaze white dragon pattern plum vase is a Yuan Dynasty Jingdezhen porcelain, representing the highest level of Yuan Dynasty porcelain. Its production process and decoration process are very exquisite, the bottle body is applied with blue glaze, the glaze is thick and smooth, and the color is rich. The belly of the bottle is engraved with a flying white dragon pattern, blue and white contrast, and the contrast is striking.
