Xiangshan Park, Beijing - Xiangshan Temple

🎈Xiangshan Temple is located in Xiangshan Park, Beijing. According to records, there were two temples, Ji'an and Xiangshan, in the Tang Dynasty. In 1186, the two temples were merged into one, and Emperor Zhangzong of the Jin Dynasty named it "Dayong'an Temple". It was rebuilt in the Yuan Dynasty and renamed "Ganlu Temple". It was rebuilt again in the Ming Dynasty and called "Yong'an Zen Temple". During the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, it was expanded on the original site, forming a unique temple layout with a front street, a middle temple, and a back garden. It was named "Dayong'an Zen Temple" by the emperor and was one of the 28 scenic spots in Jingyi Garden. 🎈🎈Xiangshan Temple is located at No. 40 Maimai Street, Haidian District, Beijing. 🚇 There is a subway line directly to Xiangshan Park. 🚗 Take bus 360 and get off at Xiangshan Park. 🎫 Tickets are CNY 10 and no reservation is required.
