Enjoying drinks and desserts made with homemade black vinegar and Boseong green tea with our taste buds. This is the signature course at Choru that satisfies all five senses. Only one reservation is accepted per time slot, allowing us to fully enjoy the nature, fragrance, and taste of Choru. Upon arrival, you can enjoy a course of drinks and desserts made with black vinegar stored in thousands of jars, along with Boseong green tea, accompanied by an explanation from the owner. I thought black vinegar might have a sharp and unpleasant taste, but the desserts made with vinegar paired perfectly with Boseong green tea, and the drinks were truly delicious. In the final course, while enjoying drinks and rice cakes, we could appreciate the nature of Choru. The space is designed to harmonize with nature, with every detail, including the blowing wind and the sunlight, carefully calculated. As a result, we could fully enjoy nature during our time at Choru, even feeling the sea breeze from Boseong blowing through the mountains. It was a place I visited without much expectation, but it exceeded my expectations so much that I stayed much longer than planned, forgetting about my next schedule.
