The retro romantic feelings of the Middle Ages are vividly displayed in the old town of Bratislava. From the hilltop Bratislava Castle down the hill, follow the Notre Dame Church through the straight avenue, and then down the steps to the winding alleys, lined with quaint cottages on either side. I came to the real old town, where the house was basically the same as it was, without any alteration. At the foot of the Bratislava Castle, these narrow pedestrian streets, the simple and soft 18th-century Rococo buildings, and the intensive small restaurants on the street, have become the most prominent symbols of the old town. Before coming to Bratislava, I knew almost nothing about the city. I only knew that it was a city with many castles. However, walking into its old town, the quiet life, the rhythm of cutting the benefits, and the constant smile on people's faces, can't help but fall in love with the city. Moreover, there are almost no visitors in the old town, and you can really feel the tranquility of the long-lost. Walking alone in the quaint streets and feeling the historical vicissitudes of the city is a wonderful thing. walking through these distinctive streets, as if witnessing a slow change in time, however, I have forgotten the passage of time without knowing it. This is the unique charm of the old city.
