Nice Panoramic View

St Stephen's Basilica is a Roman Catholic basilica located at Szent Istvan ter 1, 1051 Hungary, and is open daily Monday to Saturday from 0900-1700, Sunday from 1330-1700. It is around 500 meters 6 minutes walk from Bajcsy-Zsilinszky ut metro station (Line 1). The basilica was completed in 1905, after 54 years of construction, and is named in honour of Stephen, the first king of Hungary. St Stephen Basilica was built in Neo-classical style, the church has a Greek cross ground plan. The facade is characterized by its two large bell towers. Inside the basilica houses Hungary's most sacerd treasure, St Stephen's mummified right hand with golden leaves and ruby pearl bracelets. You can admire one of the city's best panoramic views from the right tower, an elevator takes you up until halfway, from there you had to climb up the stairs.
