The exterior of the store has a modern and clean design that was impressive. As soon as I entered, the staff greeted me kindly, and the interior was decorated with a cozy atmosphere. Especially, there were counter seats, making it a comfortable environment for solo dining. Looking at the menu, Mazesoba and Aburasoba were introduced as the main dishes. I ordered Mazesoba, and the order was easily made through a kiosk. After a short wait, the Mazesoba came out with a delicious aroma. Mazesoba is a Japanese-style mixed ramen with various toppings. The noodles were chewy, and the sauce had a rich flavor. The savory pork toppings and soft-boiled egg harmonized well, providing a rich taste. There were instructions on how to eat it, suggesting to mix it well first and then add kelp vinegar halfway through to enjoy a change in flavor. Additionally, after finishing the noodles, you can request a service rice from the staff to mix with the remaining sauce, which was another delicacy.
