Cangzhou 3 Days 2 Nights (18) Grand Canal Guesthouse that Satisfies the Whole Family

This time we stayed in Cangzhou for two nights and experienced two hotels. The whole family unanimously agreed that this Grand Canal Guesthouse was particularly satisfying. 1. Room Type We booked a garden view double room for the elderly on the first floor. For the three of us, we had a family room with two rooms, three washbasins, one bathtub, two toilets, one 2.2-meter large bed, and one very large single bed. Our eldest child loved it. Highly recommend this room type. 2. Garden View The hotel is not tall, with a total of six floors. There are walkways in the garden, and the hotel's garden is winding and secluded. Although not large, it is enough for the elderly to take a daily stroll. 3. Dining The hotel's breakfast buffet is very rich, and it only costs 35 if bought separately. If there is a conference at the hotel, lunch and dinner can also be buffet-style at 80 per person. The hotel's restaurant offers a wide range of options, so there's no need to eat out. 4. Surroundings Dahua Park (you can walk to the canal), Grand Canal Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall, Guanguan Park (this park is very nice, very large, children can play freely in a natural environment, and it's not expensive. The hotel room type also includes tickets), and it's not far to take a taxi to Nanchuan Old Street. 5. Minor Flaws The check-in was really late. It was supposed to be at 2 PM, but we didn't get the key until after 2:30 PM. However, they called to remind us to check out before 2 PM. 6. 🈶 Pick-up or Drop-off Service We were five people, and they arranged a business car for us, saving us two taxi fares. 7. Business Lounge There are some fruits and snacks, and flower tea, very convenient for daily eating and drinking. 8. Particularly Loved Swimming Pool Although the water was a bit cold, the swimming pool was really nice. Few people, deep water, and those who love swimming can swim very freely.
