Efficient and friendly front desk: The front desk staff are very efficient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. 3. Deluxe river view room experience: I chose the Grand Club Deluxe River View Room, which is a 71-square-meter corner room. You can overlook the full view of Orange Isle from the room, and the visual impact of this unique location is quite shocking. It's just a pity that Changsha has been foggy for the past two days. If the weather was clear, the photos would definitely be amazing. 4. Special benefits: Guests staying in the Grand Club can enjoy two cups of Chayan Yuese every day, which is great. Disadvantages: 1. Room hygiene issues: There are indeed some hygiene issues in the room. There are obvious cigarette ashes on the bedside table, and there are three or four piles of particularly obvious cigarette ashes in the gap between the left bedside table and the foot of the bed. To be honest, such a low-level hygiene problem should not occur. 2. Communication issues: Before checking in, I communicated with the hotel about the pillows, and the staff said that I had to tell the front desk after checking in, and it was useless to tell her.
