Is the Grand Hyatt Chengdu worth staying at?

Coming to Chengdu for a concert, I gave up the Canopy I used to stay at (which was also traffic-congested) and chose the GH, which I personally think has a better location. Advantages 1️⃣ The location is very advantageous, close to Chunxi Road Taikoo Li, with complete commercial facilities. Downstairs is the Qunguang Mall, and places like IFS, Taikoo Li, Lan Kwai Fong, and Jiuyan Bridge are within walking distance, making it convenient for dining, shopping, traveling, and drinking. 2️⃣ This Grand Hyatt has a wide variety of breakfast options, and it feels like you can't finish them in one or two days. Also, the Chengdu old yogurt served with breakfast is quite good, in my opinion. 3️⃣ The bathroom is huge, it feels like it could accommodate six people showering at the same time (just kidding). 4️⃣ I booked two rooms and communicated in advance to use the Grand Club vouchers for a friend, including requests for room humidifiers, Huawei and Apple charging plugs, and the need for more mineral water in the room because of a cold. All were communicated in advance and met, so I feel the service is capable of being meticulous. 5️⃣ The waiter who took me to the breakfast restaurant was still warm and friendly when I left after eating, which made me feel much more welcomed. Disadvantages 1️⃣ It's a bit old, the maintenance is okay but there is still a slight sense of age, within an acceptable range. 2️⃣ The toilet is not a smart toilet! It's freezing 🥶 I might be suitable to be a toilet blogger. 3️⃣ Housekeeping is a bit slow. I pressed for cleaning in the morning, went to eat for an hour and a half and came back to find it untouched, and in the afternoon, after going out and having a meal for over an hour, it was still the same, which is a bit exaggerated. 4️⃣ The hot water in the bathroom actually takes a bit long to heat up. My standard is that normal chain hotels should have hot water within 8 seconds, but I always feel that their hot water takes a bit too long to come out. Overall, it is suitable for friends who come to Chengdu to play and have Taikoo Li and its vicinity as their core activity area.
