The front desk is enthusiastic and will proactively introduce various Moments of AC. After completing the check-in, they will take you to the elevator and introduce the facilities. You can choose one from three options: drinks and snacks, points, or breakfast. Since it is a newly opened hotel, there is some smell of decoration in the lobby and public areas, but it does not affect the overall stay experience. 2. Guest Room This time, I stayed in an AC suite. The area is similar to that of Marriott or Renaissance, with all the necessary facilities and equipment. I was a bit surprised to find a JBL Horizon 2 at the bedside. The room design is maximized open-plan, making the room visually spacious. I really like their large sofa by the bed, which can accommodate an adult of 1.8m. No need to worry about an extra bed, very friendly for family guests. There are complimentary drinks and snacks on the coffee table by the window. The mini-bar is charged, all items are 8 yuan each. The comfort of the bedding is average, but acceptable compared to the room rate. At least I slept through the night without any discomfort upon waking up. 3. Bath The suite is equipped with a bathtub and shower. The water pressure is strong, and the temperature is stable. I like their all-black hardware, which feels very textured. 4. Summary Advantages: 1. Good location, next to the stadium, convenient for watching performances. 2. Overall facilities are new, with USB and Type-C charging ports at the bedside, meeting the current mainstream mobile phone charging needs. 3. Simple design, in line with the aesthetics of modern Gen Y and Z, suitable for check-ins. Disadvantages: 1. The brand characteristics are not clear enough in the overall stay experience. Early promotion may need to strengthen and educate the market on what the AC brand is. 2. The quality of the dining needs to be improved and explored. This time I did not have an in-depth experience, looking forward to surprises next time. 3. As a newly opened hotel in 2024, it is understandable that there are no electric curtains or smart toilets, given the room rate. However, the TV not supporting screen casting is not very friendly to business guests.
