Sangdang Sanseong Fortress

It's a fun experience to walk along the thresholds that lead inside and outside the fortress walls, imagining the footsteps of Joseon Dynasty soldiers. The fortress path from Dongmun to Dongjangdae has a relatively gentle slope, making it easy to walk. The surrounding pine forest offers a lush phytoncide forest, offering a soothing and relaxing experience. A popular route for many visitors is the one that begins at Dongmun Gate and ends at Dongjangdae, where you can catch your breath and take a commemorative photo.
