Chishui Buddha Light Rock Scenic Area

Chishui Danxia Tourist Area·Buddha Light Rock is located 43 kilometers southeast of Chishui City, Wuzhufeng Village, Yuanhou Town. It takes about 46 minutes to get to the Buddha Light Rock Scenic Area from Chishui City via the Chengdu-Zunyi Expressway. The adult ticket for the scenic area is CNY 80, and the round-trip sightseeing bus ticket is CNY 25. Admission is free for those under 14 and over 60. After getting off the sightseeing bus, walk about 200 meters to reach Lianghekou. Turn right and walk 800 meters to reach the Wuzhufeng viewing point. The scenery is inferior to that of the mountain valley of Buddha Light Rock, which is 1300 meters to the left of Lianghekou. On this road, the distinctive Danxia landscape can be seen everywhere. The turning stones in the river, the bedding on the cliffs, and the abrupt stone eaves are all strange and moving. The Danxia landform of Buddha Light Rock is even more breathtaking. The color of the rock is either yellow-brown or dark red. The bamboo on both sides of the stream is shaded, and the trees on the hillside are lush. It is not surprising to fall in love with such a scene at first sight.
