The ticket for 'Dazu Rock Carvings Baoding Mountain Scenic Area' is 110 yuan, and the joint ticket with 'Beishan Rock Carvings' is 135 yuan. It represents the peak and ultimate development of Guanyin statues and is considered the largest stone-carved Thousand-Hand Guanyin in China. Generally speaking, a Guanyin statue with ten hands can be called a 'Thousand-Hand Guanyin'. Most common Thousand-Hand Guanyin statues have thirty-two or forty-eight hands, representing the thirty-two transformations and forty-eight great vows of Guanyin, with other hands depicted using a halo to achieve the meaning of 'thousand'. However, the Thousand-Hand Guanyin in Dazu Rock Carvings Baoding Mountain Scenic Area actually has 830 hands, and it is said to have a total of 1007 hands, making it a world wonder. Just these two rock carvings alone are 'worth the ticket price'. Tips: Dazu Rock Carvings can be explored in 2 hours or two days. If you have enough time, 'Beishan Scenic Area' and the nearby 'Anyue Rock Carvings' are also worth visiting. 2 The end point of walking through all the attractions is Shengshou Temple. The road from Shengshou Temple to the entrance is all 'return road'. If you don't want to walk, you can take the villagers' car, which costs 10 yuan per person.
