After eating, we went to Chongqing Grand Theatre Riverside to see the night view of Hongya Cave. We hired a photographer for couple photos, 100 yuan for 5 poses, and ended up with 27 photos. The results were much better than phone photos, quite convenient. You can compare prices. Day2 Customs Spicy Tofu Pudding (p11) - Guanyin Bridge - Mountain City Trail - Mountain City Coffee (p10) - Kong Ma Hotpot (p9) If you don't eat well, you can't play well. We went straight to Customs Spicy Tofu Pudding in the morning. I recommend the three fresh spicy tofu pudding. Their dipping sauce is very delicious, highly recommended. Then we went to Guanyin Bridge to check in at the 'I am in Chongqing' spot. It still felt uninteresting, so we didn't stay long. There are many good eateries around Guanyin Bridge that you can explore. Mountain City Trail is built along the mountain with many interesting small shops. I bought some postcards and fridge magnets. There are some teahouses (Changle Old Teahouse, Mountain City Teahouse) where you can have tea. When there are fewer people, you can find a place to relax and chat. Kong Ma Hotpot was recommended by a local friend. You can add duck blood to the hotpot base. The base and dishes were excellent, especially the tender beef and braised chicken feet, which melted in your mouth. Their lemon tea was also very good. Highly recommended! Day3 Xiahao Old Street (p14) - Heshan Tea and Food Store (p15) - Nanbin Road - Zhongwa Double Pepper Eel Slices (p16) I recommend Heshan Tea and Food Store. The tea and snacks were very good. While drinking tea, the sky, which had been cloudy for a few days, suddenly cleared up. There were many people under the Nanbin Road Bridge. Walking by the river and enjoying the breeze was very pleasant. We planned to eat at a highly recommended local restaurant in the evening, but it only served lunch. We ended up at Zhongwa Double Pepper Eel Slices, which turned out to be surprisingly delicious. It was very popular with locals. The eel slices were very fresh, crispy, and bouncy, a texture I had never experienced before. Finding delicious food really makes you happy! Actually, we didn't visit many tourist spots in Chongqing this time, but we deeply experienced the city. The foggy city, let's meet again next time.
