Glowling Hongyadong

If you are in Chongqing, Hongyadong is the place you must visit. It is situated centrally, just above Jie Fang Bei, another Chongqing's well known attraction. The night view is amazing and the lights turns on at 7.30pm Be sure to reach there slightly earlier as the crowd will form much earlier than you expect. I would recommend reaching Hongyadong in the afternoon to checkout the food stalls, and admire the old style buildings blending with the modern ones. You will be able to admire the scenery at higher levels, looking across the river, and enjoy the waterfall at the centre of Hongyadong. When the night is approaching, do make sure to find a good spot to capture the magnificent glow that it offers.
