I've been impressed by the buffets at several Radisson hotels: Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World, Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai Pudong Jinqiao, and Radisson Hangzhou New World. Radisson Blu Plaza Chongqing is no exception, with a variety of seafood, sizzling barbecue, a wide range of hot dishes, delicious desserts, and a hot pot with a variety of ingredients and dipping sauces.
