Nami Island, South Korea. A trip outside of the city

#myhiddengems #100waysoftravel When visiting and country for a city break, I always try to find a day trip to escape the hustle and bustle. So when I was in Seoul, South Korea, I visited Nami Island. An hour train ride you will find yourself at the ferry terminal, for a short 10 min trip over to the island. It’s a beautiful place and the grounds are stunning. This place makes you feel like you could be anywhere in the world. There are lakes, animals, huge fields, cafes and amazing scenery to really soak up what South Korea has to offer. It cost just £7 for the ferry trip and £5 for the train, so a day out for just over a tenner! Not to be missed when in Asia.
